Discovery Call

Schedule a 1-on-1 initial conversation with our business set-up specialist and start planning your business.

Book your first appointment (whether virtual or in-person), and we will get down to the details of what you need. We will assist you in working out the best structure for your business from a risk and tax minimisation perspective, whether you are setting up as a Sole Trader, Company or Trust.

Full Set-up & Registration

We will do all the documentation and register your business with the ASIC for your ACN and the ATO for your TFN, GST, PAYG, FBT where applicable.

Complete Document Setup and Government Registrations

We will completely register your chosen business structure with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for your ACN and the Australian Tax Office (ATO) for your TFN, GST, PAYG, FBT where applicable.

Let's go through the next steps for your new business. We will provide support and guidance to you and guide you through all that you need for a successful business.

Next Steps Consultation - One Hour

We will take you through your new business structure, provide support and guidance during the establishment phase of the business as well as provide training on your corporate and tax responsibilities. Now that you have your business set up, it’s time to discuss the next steps including:

How to open up a bank account?
What is the right point of sale software and equipment for your chosen business?
How do I set up a website?
Do you need an accounting system; if so, what’s the right choice?
What are your obligations as a business owner?
What tax returns or other compliance obligations do you have?

Business Check-up

Once your new business has been up and running, we will book in a business health check on your 3rd month to see how you and your business are going, and go through your questions and ideas you may have.

Third Month Health Check - One Hour

Now that your business is running, you will no doubt have some additional questions or ideas and will want to chat a few things over. We will book in a three month health check to see how you are going and discuss how your business can succeed in many aspects. Our health checks include but are not limited to:

Business direction and strategy planning
Revenue and lead generation
Cost minimization strategy
Best business practice advice
Cash-flow planning
Systems and process improvements
