The referral must be a new candidate and has not been contacted by our Recruitment Team previously.

Each referral is valid for a maximum of six (6) months from the date it was sent and must follow our referral guidelines and undergo our recruitment process.

The candidate must be referred, interviewed, and offered a position during the promo period of: May 15, 2023 - November 15, 2023.

Referral Guidelines:

1. Fill up the form below with complete and accurate details.
2. Wait for the Recruitment Team to acknowledge receipt of your submission and start the screening process.
3. For successful referrals:
   • The Recruitment Team will notify you (referrer) via email and request for your bank account details (including bank name, account name, and account number) in order to credit your referral incentive.
   • Once the Recruitment Team receives your bank account details, an official, EDR signed acknowledgment letter will be sent to you to confirm payment send out.

1. The person referring the candidate must provide their bank account details in order to receive the referral incentive.
2. Referral incentives will be given in two installments:
   • First PHP 5,000 - will be credited to your provided bank account on the successful candidate's 3rd month
   • The remaining PHP 5,000 - will be credited to your provided bank account on the successful candidate's 6th month
