Billy & Jess run a successful performance suspension and aftermarket car parts business. After using MYOB with a myriad of systems and processes in place for years, the manual workflows and lack of visibility on stock levels and Cost of Goods (COGS) drove them to consider alternatives. After meeting with Bill & Jess alongside their management team, we discussed their requirements from both an accounting and operational perspective and conducted a demonstration of Xero. With a subset of their data available, we were able to form a road map on their set up in Xero and provide a clear picture on accounts payable and receivable process.

The team were happy to progress, so we put together a conversion and implementation plan to ensure the entire organisation was supported throughout the critical change at play. Throughout the setup and migration process, we were able to provide their team with a step by step guide on how to prepare the file so we could migrate the data into Xero. Simultaneously we conducted rounds of training and ensured that the organisation was both functionally and holistically ready to go-live. After several rounds of training and quality assurance, we worked with the team on go-live day and for the first 2 weeks following go-live to ensure a smooth transition.
